You don’t need to go out on your bike under a pouring rain, or hard wind, or find a parking place if you use your car. You are ready in 5 minutes for the morning class (litterally jump out of your bed, out of your pyjama, directly into your yoga pants and ready!… just kidding? Not sure 😉 )

You can breathe strongly, sigh, scream or swear, sweat like crazy, take all the space you need, without irritating others.

I teach in small groups, and have an eye on each of you, even online!
flexibility
You can easily switch from one class to another. As it is online, there is always space for you.
comfort
You are at home. You can lie down in your sofa under a blanket and with a pillow, for an awesome final relaxation.
You can also use your bed and earphones, for an unforgettable yoga nidra session.
And right after a sweaty class, you can run directly under your shower.
