It’s not a secret that vegetables and fruits are healthy. They offer you vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibers, energy, and vital force (especially when they are raw and fresh).

A simple and delicious way to have already 2 cups of vegetables and fruits (from 5 to 12 cups a day is a good amount for a healthy diet), is to make juices, smoothies, salads and soups.

One of my participants gave me once this nice recipe, enjoyable for the breakfast or to start the lunch.

Put in a blender 1 apple (with the skin), 2 big handfuls of spinach, and 1 spoon of honey. I personally don’t add honey, but a dried fig. Add one small glass of water and blend it.

You get what you see on  the picture. The color is great and gives you already the feeling that you really drink healthy 😉 (and it’s true!).

But it’s also simply delicious.
